1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and agd33 ("the Platform", "agd33", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, and content available through agd33.vip and any associated mobile or web applications.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the agd33 platform, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games, promotions, or payment methods offered on agd33, which are incorporated herein by reference.

agd33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, agd33 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the agd33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The agd33 platform is strictly restricted to adults. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing agd33 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an agd33 employee or any affiliated game provider.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or voluntary exclusion register that covers online gambling platforms.

agd33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point, including but not limited to a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

2.1 Registration Process

To create an agd33 account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full, providing at minimum your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password. Each individual may register only one account. Attempts to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitute a violation of these Terms.

2.2 KYC Verification

agd33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time agd33 deems appropriate. agd33 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion. Players who fail to complete KYC verification may have their accounts restricted to read-only status until documents are provided and approved.

3. Account Obligations

By maintaining an agd33 account, you accept the following obligations:

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your agd33 account, whether or not you personally authorised the activity in question.
• You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person.
• You must notify agd33 support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must keep your registered contact information — including your email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must not allow any third party to use or operate your agd33 account on your behalf, including family members, friends, or associates.
• You must not use your agd33 account for any purpose other than legitimate personal online gaming entertainment.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on agd33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). agd33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on agd33 is ৳200. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though agd33 may impose account-level daily limits at its discretion.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers.
• Deposits are generally credited to your agd33 account balance within minutes of confirmed payment. Delays caused by the payment provider's own processing timelines are outside agd33's control.
• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name may be rejected and returned. agd33 requires that the source of funds matches the registered account holder identity.
• agd33 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in the same name as your agd33 account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer.
• agd33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation.
• Any balance derived from bonus funds remains subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• agd33 does not charge withdrawal fees. Charges levied by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An agd33 account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. agd33 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances, subject to advance written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

agd33 offers a range of bonus promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, which supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail for the purpose of the promotion in question.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated promotional validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless agd33 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: agd33 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where abuse is identified, agd33 reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings.

• Eligibility: agd33 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw bonus eligibility from any player at any time, including players who have previously been found to have abused promotional offers.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through agd33. Individual game categories — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant games — are subject to additional specific rules published within the relevant game or sportsbook section.

• All bets placed on agd33 are final once confirmed. agd33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of clear technical error as described below.
• agd33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or with incorrect game parameters due to a technical error or human error, whether on agd33's side or on the side of an integrated game provider. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the records held by agd33's system and the relevant game provider's certified server logs shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Player-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as evidence of an alternative outcome.

• agd33 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or market. Games may be temporarily withdrawn for maintenance, content updates, or at the request of the game provider.

7. Responsible Gaming

agd33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across all player accounts on the platform. agd33 recognises that gambling, while an entertaining leisure activity for the majority of players, can become problematic for some individuals. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their agd33 account. Once a limit is set, requests to increase the limit will not take effect for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure in-session notifications to alert them of the duration of their current gaming session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the agd33 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, confiscation of funds held in violation of these Terms, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on agd33, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity or using agd33 for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with agd33's games, sportsbook markets, or payment systems in a way not intended for human play.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches to derive an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through known exploits will be voided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the agd33 platform — including but not limited to the agd33 brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of agd33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the agd33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial online gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, republish, distribute, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the agd33 platform or its content without the prior written consent of agd33.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is made available to agd33 players under licence agreements. No rights in such content are transferred to you by virtue of your use of the agd33 platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agd33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the agd33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or game errors beyond agd33's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Any damage to your device, data, or software arising from your access to or use of the agd33 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit agd33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Amendments & Termination

agd33 reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the platform or these Terms at any time. Where changes materially affect player rights or obligations, agd33 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via platform notification or email before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

agd33 may terminate your account and these Terms immediately and without advance notice where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• agd33 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or an order from a competent authority.
• Continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable risk to agd33's integrity, reputation, or legal compliance obligations.

You may close your agd33 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. agd33 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and does not make representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific local jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that your use of the agd33 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

In the event of any dispute relating to your agd33 account, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of the platform, you are encouraged to contact the agd33 support team in the first instance. agd33 aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly through its internal complaints process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through agd33's internal complaints process, agd33 will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative dispute resolution pathway. agd33's records — including transaction logs, game server records, and communication history — shall be the primary reference in any dispute resolution process.
